Ivy Sue and You

Stocking stuffers; simple treasures that bring great joy. They're also usually the last thing I pick up while doing my Christmas shopping. Not necessarily an afterthought but certainly the last thing on my list. So it is with my spiritual life. Many times, it's the simple promises of God that bring the greatest comfort and joy, yet they're the last thing I turn to. I'll take in all the big and elaborate ways of worship first but in the end, the great joy comes in the not so small act to just be still, and know that He is God! Psalm 46:10
