Ah Summer, it has arrived and in full force! We enjoy playing in the sun, getting tanned and then feel the relief of jumping in the pool or going inside to some cool AC. The hot sun is almost too much to bare sometimes, so hot it's hard to breathe.

With the heat of the summer and the craziness of the world around us, it is hard to not think about the end times. As hot and unbearable as it seems, there will be a time when it truly will be and for some it will be an eternity of it. I certainly don't want anyone to suffer the pain of eternal fire and I hope you don't either. I pray now more than ever that we each are showing love, compassion and mercy to others as Jesus has shown to us. Beyond showing them, please be telling them about Jesus and His salvation so they too can join Him in heaven and be spared from the from the fires of hell.

“Finally, the poor man died and was carried by the angels to sit beside Abraham at the heavenly banquet. The rich man also died and was buried, and he went to the place of the dead. There, in torment, he saw Abraham in the far distance with Lazarus at his side. “The rich man shouted, ‘Father Abraham, have some pity! Send Lazarus over here to dip the tip of his finger in water and cool my tongue. I am in anguish in these flames.’" Luke 16:22‭-‬24 NLT
