Matthew 11:28 Finding rest in the Lord has been something I've had to learn the hard way over the years. I'm still not the best at going to God first when I'm overwhelmed or stressed but He has revealed to me over and over than when I finally do surrender my troubles to him he gives me peace and rest even in the midst of turmoil.
