Ivy Sue and You

While in Fayetteville for our Valentine's date night we traveled down College Avenue and visited the NWA Mall while waiting for our dinner reservation. So many things have changed! The road was different, stores and restaurants had changed and seemingly, times have changed...online shopping is changing the face of the shopping mall. As we reminisced of things we remember being in certain spots and previous dates we had been on over the last 20 years there were just enough remaining landmarks to keep us on the right path. Sometimes change can be very hard, it can be confusing and disorienting but having a life centered around Christ and a life rooted in his word will form an ever unfolding road map that keeps us on track as we continue our daily walk. Hard times and moments of the past can be both hard and fun to remember but are all-the-while important, landmark memories of how Christ has been ever present and ever faithful in the shaping of our lives because we can be sure of one thing, that Jesus will never change for "Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever." Hebrews 13:8
